Getting Stuck and how to get Unstuck

Feeling stuck and lost are the emotional, mental and physical manifestations of beliefs.

A belief is just a repeated thought that is concentrated so much that it manifests into form as “real”. Beliefs only exist because we have created and confirmed and maintained them.

Beliefs can exist on a personal level, ie: I’m unworthy’, “I am poor”. But they also exist on the nation or even world consciousness level, ie: “We need to protect our borders”, “Muslims are terrorists’. If enough people invest in the concept (or are relentlessly manipulated through fear to accept it), it grows and grows into a belief, often existing within a system of beliefs that support it, ie: “the world is unsafe!’ This reality exists because the majority have chosen to agree for it to exist and we have repeated the thoughts that created it, in order to maintain its existence.

The wise ones say that things exist but have no inherent existence. We are such creative beings that we have created powerful beliefs that many do not question: even the things we think are inherent, like human rights and equality. These beliefs can be so culturally ‘ingrained’ that it is hard to go against the flow. We have created whole institutions around our beliefs. Schools exist in physical form because we believe that ‘education is important’ and this is what we have come up with and maintained as a collective. Marriage exists because we believe that a man and a woman together is ‘natural’ and they should commit …and then have a baby in this partnership (of course there are more open minded versions around the world thank goodness). We are so creative we then create more and more rules and beliefs within our institutions: Priests can’t be sexually active, wealthy or married because these worldly things are ‘wrong’ and should be removed as they would just distract and prevent them from reaching spiritual heights. They did not realise that we need to be grounded, rooted and secure and balanced in all ways physically in order to expand in awareness and spiritualiry.

But trying to go outside the boundary of group norms and cultural beliefs can be tricky.

People publicly proclaim and defend a belief. We love it when we find others who support our beliefs because then we feel vindicated, safe, comfortable. We know the routine. It’s easy to know and be told what to do and how to think. It’s far easier to know that you just need to show up, be on time, wear the accepted clothes and share the beliefs of everyone around you, even if you all complain and hate what you do day after day.

Just questioning some beliefs will be met with ridicule, condemnation, anger, disgust or worse. That’s because it threatens the safe and comfortable world of not having to think too much about changing beliefs. Most people like to think they are ‘different’ to everyone else but are usually more comfortable with security, predictability and boredom than risking insecurity, disappointment and challenge. Just the idea of change is scary enough.

This exists in all areas…not just the everyday existence of the 9 to 5 tax paying ‘decent and fair-minded’ battlers. It also exists amongst the more spiritually minded people and even amongst the smaller groups that think they exist outside any system. We ALWAYS exist within group belief boundaries, no matter the group we belong to or its size.

So how does all of this relate to being stuck?

When your level of consciousness starts to rise and you start to question things …but you are still living within the very belief systems and individuality-limiting institutions and groups, …you start to feel different. This is really, really scary! No one wants to be alone, outcast, side-lined. So even though the ground beneath you (that held you up and supported you for so long) starts to crumble beneath your feet, you stay. You just start scrabbling at all the broken pieces to put them back in place under your feet and be comfortable again. You deny that anything is wrong “it’s not so bad..it’s better than…”, or you delay, “next year I’ll…I’ll just wait til….,” or you drink or take drugs or do anything other than leaving the existence that you have outgrown, but is still safe and familiar ….and on and on it goes.

You are stuck.

Unable to go back due to outgrowing the old, unable to move forward due to fear of the unknown.

How to get unstuck?

What Pema Chodron calls ‘unconditional confidence’ and ‘shaky tenderness’ towards yourself are what is required. The ability to face the strong waves of sideway glances or ridicule and massive changes, and keep getting up until eventually the waves don’t seem to affect you so much anymore. Accepting that you think differently and you are changing and that is perfectly OK. Being kind to yourself and patient with the changes. Getting out of the negative self-talk patterns by punctuating the sob-stories with silence and the breath.

Take deep breaths and smile.

All things are possible and you are one of the brave. All possibilities are open to you.

And welcome to the beginning of your ascension 🙂

Ashati Journey 5…Day 3 Update

Ok, so it’s been three days since my activation. They were felt physically.

Today…I did the symbol clearing of mental and emotional blockages around the body and could easily see that I still have a long way to go 😦  I released quite a lot…SO IT IS!! but I am feeling raw at the thoughts and emotions I saw still there…

  • Still gossipy…making others look bad to make myself feel better 😦
  • Not wishing the best for others…sometimes even feeling good when they don’t succeed 😦
  • Fear of being seen (in a bad light)
  • Fear of not being seen (ignored)
  • Fear of looking stupid
  • Fear of being seen to fail
  • Fear of being seen as wrong
  • Fear of looking fat and ugly and old and useless
  • Fear of being naked and being judged (all of above)

A little disappointed I still have this even though I think of myself as a spiritual person 😦

But I recognise them. I acknowledge them 🙂 I can name them 🙂 I can release them as they no longer serve my highest good.

Onwards and upwards…bring it on. I am flawed and I AM also love. I forgive myself for my flaws and commit to releasing these negative thoughts and beliefs and habits completely from my system.

Ashati Journey: Ascension 4

It’s been a difficult one. Hard to actually discern what’s going on. I have not had my monthly cycle in over 7 weeks. This suggests some very big changes happening. I have also completely buzzed out my phone. The screen is un-viewable and I keep getting slightly zapped by it. I have also completely ruined two laptops. Mostly the screens just get weird. Sharon tells me the same is happening to her devices.

my-phone.jpg

Another strange thing is bugs. They land on me. They sit there for ages and I think “aww, look at that bug, feeling so calm to sit on me” Then I realise it has died!   It’s just frozen in place …! It has maybe been electrocuted? I don’t even know what’s happening but it has happened three times in the last month.

Sad 😦

Ascension 3 was dissolving the lower mental and emotional bodies and I do feel more in control of things…I still feel the reactions but I’m very quick to stabilise. Life is calm, peaceful and serene. When it is not, I am quick to re-stabilise.

this one…well, I am finding myself dealing with old, old family baggage…the big catholic cloud that hangs over my parents preventing them from thinking they have access to their own salvation and healing. They are so disempowered. Last week I was told that the church says ‘we shouldn’t do hands on healing’…imagine that! What was Jesus doing with the ‘laying on of hands’? It would all be laughable if it were not my parents. I feel sad that they close their minds to possibilities outside of the church teachings and blindly allow themselves to be led. They give money every time it is asked for, for anything! This week it was for pensions for retired priests. Imagine the church not paying it’s priests a pensions when they retire. They have 8 billion dollars in assets worldwide. 8 billion. Anyway, these things actually don’t upset me, nor where my parents chose to spend their money, it is just this sense of power and control that this institution has over their minds.

But I also feel a sense of release.

When my family members talk about stuff I see it clearly. Things seem more obvious.

Massive changes happening.

A biological perspective of Unity Consciousness

Last night Herve and watched a number of videos by Dr Bruce Lipton . The way he speaks is fun, informative and thought provoking. It made me think.

All messages coming to humans at this time have a very similar thread:

We are One.

A cell of the whole body. A spark in the whole fire, a drop in the whole ocean. Each cell holds the signature and information of the whole. There is no separation of the various parts. We are the whole thing.

The All is in All and All is in The All 🍀

We are energy and our energy is connected to all other energy for we are all parts of All energy, our thoughts are energy and we use them to manifest our realities. Our creations (systems, institutions, rules, physical creations) are our energy manifested outwardly. We are spiritual beings co-creating with our physical bodies our realities in a physical world.

And boy do we get carried away with creating! We get bored with our creations and so keep creating more and more and more, we try to start defining ourselves in relation to our creations, we devise rules around our creations, we compare our creations to other creations and compete or judge…and we made the whole thing up. How brilliant are we?!

So, what is our story using a biological point of view?  (ideas of Dr Bruce and my own ponderings around them)…

Cells connecting to other cells and clustering together to be organs, organs connecting to other organs and clustering to be bodies, bodies connecting to other bodies and clustering to be families, families connecting to other families and  clustering to be communities, communities connecting with other communities and clustering to be nations, nations connecting to other nations and clustering to be humans, humans connecting and clustering to be Humanity. Humanity is The People of Earth.

= Planetary Unity Consciousness ❤

And just as we are spirit co-creating with our physical bodies.. we learn to love and care for our bodies and our physical minds with healthy food, exercise, rest and relaxation. This is how we accept ourselves as grounded and spiritual-minded too and become whole humans.

And just as we are spiritual and grounded humans co-creating with our ‘home’ temple: Earth, we learn to accept and and care for our planet and all the beings both sentient and non-sentient who reside alongside us. We include ‘her’ in our decisions and become whole.

Next step?

Earthlings connecting with other planetary civilisations and clustering to be Universal Consciousness.

Universal Consciousness connecting and clustering to be … I don’t even have a word for that. Presumably it continues on to…All.

And funnily enough we are that already!

🙂

Well, first we need to Wake Up and get out of the Matrix…all those limiting beliefs and structures we created with our magnificent co-creative powers:

And, if interested, here is the video we watched last night that inspired this post…

Healing…what is it really?

Being of Service Channeled message link on Google Drive

Healing

You are an infinite being. You are everything and anything at the same time

Healing is holding the space for someone to open up to their own inner guidance as infinite beings. Then using a few healing skills to assist them on their journey.

human_energy_field

Healers allow others to resonate at a frequency, higher than they are usually able to be in. Healers bring out to the open certain blockages that are ready to be realised, to allow the person to be aware of their emotions around the blockage and thus the beliefs behind them that are affecting their behaviour and habits and limiting their unlimited being-ness.

Blockages are merely perceptions of reality that prevent us from being in harmony with who we are: infinite, loving, compassionate beings.

When we allow ourselves to to be in harmony and a state of Oneness,  we exist in a state of oneness and all things are available to us. Guidance, the Unconditional Love of the Universe and Healing on all of our energy bodies and physical body,  We also have access to our memories: our cellular memories of this life, our past life memories and our genetic memories (stored in our DNA which carry archetypal imprints generation after generation.)

So, what is a healer doing? Holding the space of Unconditional Love and Acceptance; bringing in Universal Energy of a high vibration; helping your energy to flow in harmony and balance; bringing in beings of Light from the highest realms; shifting blockages to your subconscious or/and conscious mind to be released; removing entities or other shadowy elements. Healers can ‘see’ or feel where energy blocks are on the physical body and aura and can use intention, will and divine love to move and shift the energy. Healers can help shift any of the following (from pic)
